The Plastics Group

The Plastics Group, 84 Fairmount Street, Woonsocket, RI. Jules Desurmont Worsted Company Mill. This project consisted of the construction of a new transfer facility that included new loading docks, a Pre-engineered Metal Building and VRC (Vertical Reciprocating Conveyors) used to move materials between multiple floor levels. Careful coordination with the equipment manufacturer was required to ensure the alignment of the multi-floor lift. Modifications of existing openings were required. A new foundation for the lift as well as the Pre-engineered metal building was installed.
