Trawlworks, 30 Walts Way, Narragansett, RI. This structure experienced differential settlement of the slab on grade as well as the steel frames. Maximum settlement was approximately 17 inches. The slab was removed and the frame was shored and raised with steel extensions. A new reinforced concrete ribbed mat slab was installed. 6000 sf, 30 tons of steel reinforcement and 240 yards of concrete. 24 ports were installed for monitoring settlement beneath the structure and allow for future grout jacking.
